Dorset Yoga Retreat

Thanks to everyone who joined me in September for a late summer weekend of yoga, hiking and good company at Bonhays Meditation Centre, a beautiful eco-retreat at Whitchurch Canonicorum, just two miles from the Dorset Coast. We enjoyed wonderful vegetarian meals prepared by Bonhays’ chef from local ingredients, practised yoga together in the spacious, well-stocked yoga room and dipped our toes in the heated indoor swimming pool. There was time for a hike to Charmouth and (for the intrepid few!) a brief sea swim, and for tea and cake in Lyme Regis. All in all it was the perfect seasonal re-set.

Plans are afoot to do it all over again in 2027! Watch this space.
