Dorset Yoga Retreat

Join me for a late summer weekend of yoga, hiking and good company at Bonhays Meditation Centre, a beautiful eco-retreat at Whitcurch Canonicorum, just two miles from the Dorset Coast. Enjoy wonderful vegetarian meals prepared by Bonhays’ chef from local ingredients, practice yoga together in the spacious, well-stocked yoga room and dip your toes in the heated indoor swimming pool; weather permitting there will be time for hikes across the fields to Charmouth, perhaps an outing to Lyme Regis, or simply the opportunity to release and relax in front of a cosy log fire. All in all a perfect seasonal re-set.
